We ship Monday through Friday.
Most orders received before 11am (Eastern Standard Time) on Monday-Friday will ship the day they are received, provided the product ordered is in stock.
We are closed on weekends. If an order comes in over the weekend, it will ship on Monday.
Living Nutz is happy to join a number of companies who are making a switch to go paperless. An electronic version of your invoice will be sent to your email address. If you would prefer a paper invoice, please request this in the "Notes" section when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and support of the environment.
Shipping Methods
We generally use USPS (Postal Service) as the main shipping company within the USA. We use USPS for international and Canadian shipments.
We use UPS for larger/heavier orders.
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the USA. When an order qualifies for free shipping, Living Nutz will choose the carrier (USPS or UPS) depending on the package, distance and rate. If a customer prefers a specific carrier, they are responsible for the cost of shipping.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Deliveries typically arrive within:
2 to 3 business days to the east coast
3 to 5 business days to the mid-west
and 5 to 8 business days to the west coast
Please remember any shipping or transit time offered to you by Living Nutz or other parties are only estimates.
Before placing an order, please be mindful of potential unexpected shipping delays. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for any carrier delays.
Living Nutz will not replace undelivered orders because of failed delivery attempts, misplaced packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather, loss by carrier, loss after delivery or delayed orders. In any of these events, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damage product
It is required that we receive 5 photos of the package and damaged product for us to be able to submit a claim. Photos of the outside of package showing damage, photos of inside box with product inside and photos of the damaged product. The more photos sent, the better change the shipping carrier will honor the claim.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. When the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, your order will be delayed. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for shipment.
Taxes
Living Nutz will automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in the state of Maine . For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in the quality of our foods and want you to experience that quality as well. As we source the best Certified Organic products/ingredients, we sometimes need to change vendors/farmers to get the best quality plus availability. As a result, variables in product, such as the look or taste may vary from farmer to farmer. Please read our product descriptions carefully so you are aware of the product you are purchasing. Please contact info@livingnutz.com with any product issues. All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping costs in order to receive a refund. All bags returned must be unopened to receive a full refund. We do not provide return shipping labels. We will need an email with the return tracking information so we can track the incoming package. When the product arrives at our facility, we will issue the refund. Bulk orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Rejected orders
Any orders that are rejected by the customer in which the package is shipped back to Living Nuts upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. That fee will come off the refund of the order. Please contact info@livingnutz.com before a package is refused.
